Last week my total is nine books. I’ve read another three books this week and therefore with great joy I announce that I’ve completed my 12 books target this year! Here are the three I devour this week:

Thou Art God
I just finished the last page of Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein. It took me three weeks to grok this book and I absolutely love every page of it. I believe that Stranger is the best book I’ve read this year. A timeless science fiction masterpiece.
12+/2008 Update: Eight books [...]


A short 12+ Books for 2008 update. Last week I have finished another book, Speaker for The Dead by Orson Scott Card. The total is now seven books in three months. I’m way ahead of schedule.
Right now I’m reading my first Robert Heinlein novel, Stranger in a Strange Land.

Okay, so I never posted a new year resolution for 2008. But I did make a mental note for one. That is: I will read 12 or more books (novels, non-fictions, comics not included) during 2008. At least one book for every month.
