Izzi Pizza, please update your website
Dear Izzi Pizza,
You have an informative website and I was really grateful to have found it. It was through the website that I was reminded that you have had an outlet in Mall Kelapa Gading, pretty close from where I live.
I (and my family) went to Kelapa Gading Mall 3 earlier tonight and we couldn’t find one of your Pizza outlets. First I thought I was looking at the wrong place. Then I asked a security officer and he said that Izzi Pizza is not there anymore. If I have known that Izzi pizza is not in MKG anymore I would’ve visited your other branches instead.
A website without up to date information negates all the benefits of having a website in the first place. So please Izzi Pizza if you love your customers, keep your website up to date.

Usually I call them up and ask what time they close or whether a reservation is necessary, just to be doubly sure. Especially if the place is a bit far.

I wonder recently izzi pizza open an outlet at Galaxy mall. So jealous…i want to own it.
